Hi, I downloaded the Data pack and the Resource pack but when I was in-game the penguins would lode but would have the missing texter texter.
I don't know if this is just me but it would be great if you know why this might be happening.
Good job, by the way, love the building and the idea.

If you have multiple resource packs active try moving it to the top, its possible that another resource pack also has a stone hoe based item, if that's the case then moving it to the top should fix it

I just downloaded this, nothing is spawning, I tried extracting the file and it still didn't work, no penguins, seals, structures or anything, should I download the Mirror version?

I would try that, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working with the other download though.
