Hello! So, very quickly I wanted to share this concept. I thought it was an interesting one and its one based on heat which, much like a drought, can serve as a challenge in play style. I thought it was an interesting concept to play around with and I'm super proud of the effects for this one, I hope you guys enjoy :))

Moon Siren datapack is made for the fabric mod, Origins. You must have it for this pack to work.

This Pack Adds:

Origin Detail:

Icon: Brain Coral
Impact: remove_circleremove_circleremove_circle
Description: A seaborn, nocturnal monsters draining heat from their prey, reminiscent of both sea-bound sirens and fiendish succubi.

Positive add_circle:

- Heat Steal: You cannot heat yourself through normal means, instead drawing heat from nearby creatures. Doing so for an extended period of time causes entities to freeze over. [​Primary]
- Siren Song: Just like both creatures your kind were shaped after; your voice can charm nearby beings.
- Moonlight Basker: Spending time in moonlight helps restore your energy naturally along with making it easier to retain heat.
- Seaborn: Just like Merlings, you can breathe, see, and move freely underwater.

Neutral pause_circle_filled:

- Coldblood Hunter: You are cold-blooded, your body retaining heat extremely well, barely affected by outside forces, but you still need to seek heat in your own ways. Proper heat renders you stronger but ignoring your needs leaves you extremely vulnerable. Water, along with moonlight, slow your heat loss greatly - but spending time out in broad daylight gets taxing...

Negative remove_circle:

- Fish-like Body: Tridents deal twice as much damage to you.
- Flammable: As much as you might enjoy heat, your body catches fire extremely easily. You take much more damage from fire than normal.
- Weak Grip: Although you can wield weapons just fine, you are not fit to wield some types of equipment - namely, shields.
