From what I can tell, you won the spelling bee.

You need to capitalize your I's and add commas.

The datapack replaces a lot of recipes with themselves causing recipe datapacks to sometimes not work and some of those replaced recipes contain items like "turtle" shell which prevents world from being loaded when using the datapack, why does this have 75 diamonds?

I tested the pack and the world loads perfectly fine for me in both the latest 1.17 release, and the 1.17.1 pre-release snapshot. I admit you were right about one of the recipes calling for "turtle_shell" instead of "turtle_helmet" which is its actual internal name, however that was an easy fix, and when the recipe calls for an item that doesn't exist, the game just ignores it completely.

As for replacing default recipes with "themselves", I did that to add in a recipe group to group it with some custom recipes in the recipe book. And if those other recipe datapacks replace the same recipes this one does, there will be conflict and the game will choose only one of the packs' recipe to use.

I appreciate the feedback but you could perhaps try being a bit more polite, and the comment of "why does this have 75 diamonds" is a little uncalled for.
