i has suggestions..
First of all, pretty neat idea, but som things could be added. Instead of simply retexturing things, use CustomModelData. There’s a way to model items that only have that nbt, and it’ll make your pack a lot better! Second, I know you can’t modify armor points, but you can at least give the players potion effects (you would need to run a check for a player with certain armor on).

You can actually modify armor points. You just need to add attribute modifiers. I suggest you go to mapmaking.fr/give1.14 to see how to give yourself a item with attribute modifiers. Yes, you can give yourself items with different armor points, and it does work for 1.14/1.15.

My plan was to put effects when you get the full netherite armor (strength & health boost) in the next update.

I thank you a lot to tell me the way to create a item nbt with CustomModelData, I didn't know how to put custom nbt.
