"Nobody really knows what it is..."
Requires the Origins mod for Fabric and Pehkui! The main idea was suggested by MultiLk, and thumbnail made by wisearbiter_M, thanks! <3
We don't quite have enough of origins based on horror movies. So, I decided to fix that! The main inspirations were the movie The Thing, the Nothing There abnormality from Lobotomy Corporation and MultiLk's suggestion. Note that even though this description is small, there's a lot more to it as it has an entire 9 forms.
Positives ✅
- Climbing: You are capable of scaling any wall, not just ladders.
- Sneaking Around: You can swim in water quickly.
- Hello?: With Save Hotbar, you can select one of 9 origins from Mimicry. These origins are versions of the origins included with the Origins mod, with some changes.
- Flesh Shield: While selecting a Mimicry, you are immune to damage. (relies on an Origins feature that isn't a power; may not work)
Neutrals ⚙️
- Lost & Found: You broke out of an iceberg, spawning in the Ice Spikes biome.
- Hiding in Plain Sight: While in your base form, you are tiny.
Skills 🔮
- GOODBYE: While on fire, Hello? will be replaced with this. Cast this spell to turn into your monstrous true form, increasing your attack damage highly and giving you a special ability.
- Thirsting Bites (Primary in True Form): Recover 1 HP per nearby entity instantly.
Cons ❌
- Parasite's Beginning: Revert to a weak form with less health and lose the Hello? ability while in cold biomes.
- Too Small: In Flying Endermite form, you cannot wear armor.
- Blazing Fury: In Wildfire form, you cannot use an elytra to fly.
