    Obtainable Light Blocks [Survival Mode] [Singleplayer/Multiplayer] (1.21.3) Minecraft Data PackFor Minecraft 1.21.3 (Older versions listed below the images). This datapack adds the light block to survival mode and has special features in order to remove placed light blocks as vanilla survival mode does not allow you to do so. Follow the guide below on how it works.


    Crafting Guide

    To craft a light block, you will need 5 glass blocks, 1 glow berry & 1 copper ingot. You will get 4 from one craft.

    Placement/Remove Guide

    To view the light blocks you have placed, place one in your off hand, you should hear a chime and then all light blocks near you will show up with an icon.

    To remove them, have the light block in your off hand and look at the one you want to remove, it should have a yellow outline around it, sneak and it will be broken and then you can recover the item off the floor.



    Other Light Levels Guide

    To get the other light levels for the block, place one light block in a stonecutter. Light level 1-15 will be available to select from there and you can also convert the light level to others if you are not satisfied with what you chose.

    Special Villager (Debug Spawn)

    This villager can be spawned in if you would prefer to have a villager for a trade shop. His inventory is maxed out so you can grab as much as you want without issue. The villager is invulnerable in survival mode and cant be killed by zombies. If you wish to kill it, go into creative mode and slay it or use the kill command:
    /kill @e[​type=villager,limit=1,sort=nearest,distance=..2]
