Omni Directional Mobility GearThe ODM Gear is a crazy gadget from the show Attack on Titan which lets the user move in 3D space. It works by shooting two anchors from the hips that stick to nearby structures, and then motors reel the wires back in, pulling the user forward. In the show, the gear served as the primary weapon against the enormous Titans.Server Plugin for Spigot or Paper [1.21 compatible with Shingeki no Craft]I began this project out of curiosity - to see how close to the original ODM Gear I could get within the confines of vanilla Minecraft. Turns out - pretty close :) I consider plugins vanilla, you don't need to download any mods after all, only a resource pack. If you invite your friends to play together, all they need is the resource pack. The server itself must have ProtocolLib installed.For anyone unfamiliar with server plugins I will clarify that you can run a server on your computer, which nobody else will have access to. So basically single-player, but suitable for using server plugins, without paying for hosting or anything like that :) I've added a premade server to the download so you will have everything set up right away. Gameplay VideosList of Features➤ Type /odm get to receive the gear, place the gear in the offhand slot and the blade in the main hand to use it➤ Classic ODM (with blades) and Anti-Personnel ODM (with ranged weapons) ➤ Dynamic poses: the player can remain upright or assume a flying pose, or be upside down ➤ Semi-realistic rope physics: hanging off the wires, suspensions between two wires, or orbiting around an anchor is possible ➤ Animated firing of the anchors with particle effects ➤ Depending on the terrain, both or one anchor will be fired ➤ Aim assistant: The gear will correct your aim when hooking onto small objects ➤ A falling player can be saved from their death by hitting them with an anchor ➤ Gas exhaust on the back offers additional propulsion with simulated inertia ➤ Fast spinning animation for the player while using gas in a flying pose ➤ Reeling the wires and using gas propulsion simultaneously will achieve a speed boost ➤ Anchors will damage players or mobs ➤ Any living mob can be hooked with an anchor, pulling the player towards itself ➤ Retract both anchors with Shift or one with Right Click - this can be used to achieve continuous motion at great speeds ➤ Dragging yourself across the ground will produce sparks and sounds ➤ Black design of the metal wires (visible only without shaders) ➤ Manually drawn animations for retracting wires and gas bursts :) ➤ Anchors are visible in the walls they hit and look just like in the show ➤ Specular (reflective) textures for the gear and blades (visible with shaders with specular support) ➤ Lightning flashes are yellow with OptiFine or other colormap mod ➤ Custom colormap for OptiFine or other colormap mods ➤ Easy controls: F for Gas, Q to reel in wires, Shift to detach them, Right Button to fire them ➤ In-game written book manual ➤ Many configurable options ➤ Lots of custom particles, animations, sounds, models, and textures ➤ Bonus item - Kenny's hat! ➤ Titan biting attack with sounds and a red vignette effect ➤ 10% for a lightning strike on Titan spawn ➤ Blood effects when slicing a Titan ➤ Titans can only be defeated with a strike to the back of the neck ➤ Killing a Titan resets fall damage for smoother landing ➤ Titans will spawn around players in Gamemode Adventure (configurable) Titans IncludedTitans spawn in various sizes - apart from trying to hit you, they will bite you if you attack them head-on and emit sounds of heavy footsteps while chasing you. The ODM Gear is equipped with two blades - the only way to kill a Titan is to slash the back of its neck. You can also install the Shingeki no Craft data pack which adds more detailed Titans and use them instead. |

Assault ODM Gear and Assault Anti-Personnel ODM Gear has been added!
- The new design of the ODM can hold up to 6 Thunder Spears
- The sword-based Assault variant will hold up to 6 blades
- Assault AP ODM is equipped with two rapid-fire weapons seen in Season 4
- Assault variants can be created from their classic counterparts in the Smithing Table
- New items, configurable options, restock station and other improvements
