This One Player Sleep is compatible with Minecraft 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15 simply drop the data pack on your "datapacks" inside your world folder and it is good to go.

Features:
- Allows players to skip the night on multiplayer servers even if others don't go to sleep at the same time
- Wake up system. Other players can stop people from skipping the night in case they need night time
- Random messages. To spice it up, this data pack shows random messages when people go to sleep and also when they are woken up
- Weather control. Storms usually let people sleep (or oversleep), this data pack ends thunderstorms when you go to sleep. Also if it has been raining through the night the weather will be cleared in the morning.

Make sure to set your sendCommandFeedback gamerule to false to avoid seeing messages about triggers. If your weather cycle is disabled the weather system will be disabled.
