It just so happens that it let mobs teleport to you. However that and your datapack can't work on the same mob.

That's because creepers are the hardest to tame. You have to name it and run before it explodes,after preventing it from exploding there it will no longer attack you
And what about your command, for that I would have to put the label on this mob to die and add the mob above the wolf that is not tamed, even if you put the tamed wolf it will not follow you since you have to put that it is tamed by a player in particular. apart from that the mob in question would be like levitating since being on top of an invisible wolf would give that illusion
