Pillager Horn Datapack (v1.1a)

Any suggestions are welcome!
This Datapack adds some cool new raid loot such as the Pillager Horn, an item which when used will confuse nearby mobs. Confusion can be different in different mobs (do not use it near creepers, they will explode.) Other raid loot is available also.
To cheat in a Pillager Horn do /function horn:give/pillager_horn
To bypass the Pillager Horn cooldown do /function horn:cooldown/bypass
