It's a rather simple data-pack that allows you to change your character's size, that changes your abilities based on your size (smaller making you take less damage from falling, faster, but with lower HP; while being bigger grants you passive armor and more HP, higher jumps and reach, but slower)
The data-pack works by utilizing triggers, so no admin access required to use them.
There's 5 types available, ranging from Smurf, Gnome, Human, Tallman, and Titan.
When using this data-pack, use /trigger scaler to get the Menu for the data-pack in the chat. Or, if you prefer just typing, use /trigger size1 to size5. size3 is the default size.
This data-pack was made out of spite after not seeing no data-packs using the attribute command to do this specific niche.
data-pack was created by me; kinghoaxsun, or Sun for short.
This data-pack won't get updated if a new version drops and it changes how commands work.
UPDATE 10/07/2024
-Added a feature to change a mob's size around a 10 block radius. (Only affects general.scale)

Could you do it using reddish potions so it affects mobs or players?
the data-pack uses triggers which can be executed by non-operator players
