BEFORE INSTALLING THIS DATAPACK, INSTALL THE ORIGINAL mcEXP FIRST AS THIS WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT IT. IT IS AN ADDON FOR mcEXP, NOT A STANDALONE MOD. ALSO JUST DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, IT'S YEARS OLD AND VERY BAD LOL
Enjoying mcEXP? Enhance your experience with mcEXP Heroes! This addon adds a magic system with four spells to cast and a new mcEXP stat. Craft a wand by throwing a stick, a diamond, and a blaze powder on top of an enchanting table, then right click to cast spells. To swap between spells, drop the wand (you won't lose it).
This datapack also adds more bosses. Some bosses must be summoned at altar or temple locations, which must be created by the server operators, using the command listed for them in the below list. There are two new bosses so far.
Note: All boss drops are artifacts, meaning only one can exist per world, so you probably want to grab one as fast as possible before someone else does. Artifacts also cannot be destroyed by fire, lava, and explosions, and can be reclaimed from their bosses if they fall into the void.
This datapack is separate from the original because some player may not like the changes and I'm too lazy to set up an alternative. To install it, place the unzipped folder in the same place as mcEXP.

List of spells
Magic Missile - fires a mob-seeking bolt of magic that applies withering to the enemy it hits. The damage increases and the cooldown decreases as your Wisdom stat grows, and at Wisdom level 100 it fires two bolts that deal AoE!
Healing Ray - spawn a projectile of healing that seeks out players and AoE heals them. The healing increases and the cooldown decreases as your Wisdom stat grows, and at Wisdom level 100 it applies regeneration!
Fire Breath - belch out a long swath of fire inclined slightly downwards. The length and speed increase and the cooldown decreases as your Wisdom stat grows, and at Wisdom level 100 you belch out three swathes of flame!
Fireball - throw a bouncing fireball. It travels in the direction you look for a bit and then curves downwards, bouncing off the ground repeatedly until it hits a hostile mob or expires. Explodes on a hit into an area of fire. The more Wisdom you have, the faster it moves, the longer it has without curving down and the longer it goes without expiring.

Necromancer - a sorcerer that summons skeletons to do its bidding. Drops the Necromantic Staff which can cast additional spells. Summon at a Necromancer Altar by dropping 20 bones and 1 wither skeleton skull onto the center point. Call the altar with /function rpgskillsheroes:necromancer_callaltar
Aereoleus - a great lord of the skies that attacks in the air. Drops the Rod of Air which can cast additional spells. Summon at an Air Altar by dropping 30 phantom membranes and 1 elytra onto the center point. Call the altar with /function rpgskillsheroes:aeroleus_callaltar
Aquarius - the overlord of the Drowned. Drops the Rainmaker trident, a trident with Riptide II that calls rain when it is held. Summon at a Water Altar by putting a drowned and a heart of the sea on the bottom sea lantern. Call the altar (preferably on the ocean floor) with /function rpgskillsheroes:aquarius_callaltar
Magmora - the being that resides beneath the lava oceans of the Nether. Drops the Lava Sword, a sword that creates a blast of fire when swung. Summon at a Magma Altar by putting 40 obsidian and 10 magma cream on the glowstone. Call the altar (preferably while hovering 1 meter above the Nether's lava ocean) with /function rpgskillsheroes:magmora_callaltar
