Required Resource Pack

Please note that this pack is for 1.19 only. Due to technical reasons, it cannot be run properly on older versions of the game.
However, older builds for 1.17 do exist - if you need them, please join my Discord server for a download.
The attached video is outdated - shulker boxes can no longer be placed into sacks.

Rummage Sack is a small pack that adds one very useful item - the rummage sack!

Rummage sacks are intended to be a mid-game alternative to shulker boxes that make the expansion of your inventory much more feasible without much hassle. They can hold up to five item slots of anything except for more rummage sacks (yes, they can even hold bundles!). However, digging an item out takes a few seconds, preventing instant item access during combat.

Installation Guide
-Download both the datapack and resource packs.
-Unzip both of them - select the files, then right click and search for "Extract" options. If they don't appear, install 7zip (free) or WinRAR!
-Insert the resource pack into your game's "resourcepacks" folder, and the datapack to your world's "datapacks" folder.
-Start your game, enable the resource pack, and load up your world save!

Uninstallation Guide
-While in game:
---Enable cheats if they aren't already active
---Type the command "/datapack disable" and use the autofill to select the pack, then hit enter. Different installation methods may yield slightly different file names.

To use a rummage sack:
-Hold it in your offhand.
-Insert items by dropping them from your inventory - the inventory menu or hotbar dropping works just the same!
-Take them out by holding Sneak and listening for the sound effects.

Useful tips:
-Rename rummage sacks according to what kinds of items you put in it!
-The order of items in the sack is dependent on the order you used to put them in! The first item you put in is at the bottom of the sack.
-The longer you rummage your hand through, the further it digs! Waiting for the fifth sound will allow you to pull the item from the bottom of the sack out. Waiting for only the first item will pull the item at the top.
-Some useful ways to use a rummage sack are:
---As a potion pouch,
---To carry gear that isn't being used at the moment,
---To carry various bundles, etc!

v1.5 - Smithed conventions and pack.png : by MrMcAwesumz 08/19/2022 7:59:38 pmAug 19th, 2022

-Rummage Sack is confirmed to work for 1.19!

-Rummage Sack now uses Smithed conventions, rather than MCDP conventions.
-This means the pack is more compatible with other Smithed packs such as Florcraft.
-However, I cannot recommend updating RS 1.4 worlds to RS 1.5 as a result. Things might break, and I'm not sure what!

Misc/QoL:
-The pack now has a pack.png image, meaning that installation is a bit less ugly in some cases.
-The Rummage Sack has a 'pack signature', so that players should no longer assume this item is from a different, larger pack.

Better than the shulker boxes! Because we can't put shulker boxes inside of other shulker boxes! We can't stack them too!(BLAME MOJANG!!!!!)

I love this concept. It's way more realistic and the rumaging system is very clever. Seems like a better, more balanced backpack system to me, just as it says!

I like this, but I feel like the item texture could use some work.. would I be allowed to change it if I was to install it for person use?
