Hi, these three items/blocks are the only (to my knowledge) unobtainable items in the 1.17 survival, so I made a data pack for people like me who play survival mc, works both in single-player and multiplayer.
To install the data pack in general go into your Minecraft files, and go into the World folder then go into the datapack folder and just directly put this .zip file, and you are done!
