Based on Hermitcraft Skizzleman's enchanted boat ideas (from here: https://youtu.be/bVPYBw5XhAA?t=1563 ).
Adds 4 enchantments that can be enchanted onto books (not directly on boats) and combined onto a boat (or chest boat) in an anvil.
Offroadin'
When driving boat towards land, will lift boat just high enough to drive onto land.
Hoverin'
When driving boat over lava, will cause boat to float upwards to safely hover over lava (floats back down when over land).
Sidecar
Adds an extra slot so a third entity can ride along.
Rooster Tail I-IV
Increases boat speed on water, may cause boat to leap out of water. :)
