Vanilla Refresh is a vanilla quality of life expansion, adding small QOL features to Minecraft aimed to fix minor issues with the game and generally make the experience more enjoyable. Each feature can be toggled on or off to your liking, so you can customize your Minecraft experience just how you want it.
Many features are perfect for multiplayer moments, like player sitting to make for your perfect player hangout, equipable head banners for your clans and factions, or player souls which store your items on death secured away from other players. Not only that but Vanilla Refresh has an easy installation that works with existing worlds.
Creative Mode Tools
Vanilla Refresh also comes with Creative Mode tools! Search the item menu through certain tagged items, which you can view them all by searching #vanilla_refresh: in the item search bar. You can also use wands, allowing you to instantly teleport yourself toward a selected location, instantly erase mobs, or clear surronding vegetation.
Commands
Toggle features in the settings menu by using /function vanilla_refresh:_settings in chat
Access Creative Mode wands with /function vanilla_refresh:_wands in chat
Access Creative Mode item sets with /function vanilla_refresh:_item_sets in chat
Certain Vanilla Refresh debug visuals and logs can be seen by running the command /tag @s add refresh_debug

hey look! another small vanilla refresh update!
- Removed the Linked Player Death Drops feature and replaced it with a feature thats makes your items never despawn (other players can still pick them up!)
- Reverted the @a selector system back to its unbranched state
- Block placement for crops and other block related features works even better now
- Teleporting with a lodestone now plays a teleport sound
- Breaking a lodestone with contents inside now drops its items in a random direction
- Igniting a party cake will now drop its wheat and sugar in a random direction
- Rewrote the descriptions for the settings categorizes

And can i disable the compass & clock info when they're in item frames ?
at first i was able to get my items back with ease, but me and my friend have had troubles using it ever since the server restarted.
the soul links are still visible and have the timers counting down but when i go up to mine i'm not able to collect any items, despite having them and losing them upon death.
is there a way to retrieve items from a soul link with a command?
