To summon an easter bunny, you need an easter bunny spawn egg which you can get from eggs and a raw rabbit.
Crafting recipe of the easter bunny spawn egg:
1 1 1
1 2 1
1 1 1
1 = eggs
2 = raw rabbit
Once you have the spawn egg, right click it on a block (not air) like how a normal spawn egg works and you just spawned an easter bunny!

The bunny is just like any other rabbit,
so it will run away from you.

The bunny will spawn an easter egg underneath its feet/paws/legs/whatever it's called.
The time of which everytime this happens is random.
The easter egg can be red, orange, yellow, or green. (Go cycle through the images on top of the post to see the easter eggs)
By destroying the egg which you can use any tools, even your fist, you can get OP tools, armor, potions, useless stuff, and ores.
Tools and armors are custom enchanted with levels from 5-10. (5 = V, 6 = VI, 7 = VII, 8 = VIII, 9 = IX, 10 = X)
I didn't add books because vanilla doesn't let you combine enchanted books with any items beyond its maximum "valid" level.

For example, if you try to combine a netherite chestplate with a protection X book, you will only get the netherite chestplate with protection IV.
However, I saved the loot table codes in the data pack just incase if you want to use it.

The egg only spawns below its paws,
You need to craft the spawn egg too.
If this isn't the caseTry running /reload in chatOr
Check if you have the data pack activated in your world.
Also, use the resource pack if it is an end rod and not an egg.
