Very simple pack. Throw a splash water bottle on top of copper or cut copper blocks in any oxidation state to advance it one stage further, eg

exposed cut copper --> weathered cut copper

also adds some recipes to the stonecutter so that 1 copper ingot = 1 cut copper block = 1 cut copper stairs = 2 cut copper slabs

everything can be crafted into everything else except slabs which need to be turned back into a block by using 2 cut copper slabs in a regular crafting menu.
