    You can craft a block that has a computer-like board, on this board you can put the coordinates to where the block that is above the teleporter will be teleported. Hitting enter teleports the block.
    You can improve the teleporter with a "Premium Teleporter Key" that when you right click on the teleporter with this item you update the teleporter allowing you to teleport both yourself and entities
