I wanted to see how you made this data pack, so I looked into the code, and you had a command for EVERY SINGLE BLOCK. Did you do that by hand?

Cool idea. But something is missing, what is another rule of a difficult game, especially if it is for the sake of survival.

And you don't have to list every block, you can do this:

/execute as @a at @s run loot give @s mine ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:diamond_pickaxe{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:silk_touch",lvl:1s}]}
