Description:

This is the Too Mini Blocks Recipes add on data pack. Use it in junction with the Too Mini Blocks base data pack in your survival world or servers. Once both packs are installed, you can put any 6 sided block into a stonecutter and get a miniature version of it! (Note that the base pack is required for this pack to function properly)

Sadly they're preset since it uses player skins for the textures.

When I put a block in a stonecutter I get a knowledge book but the book doesn't give me anything - I'm on 1.19.4

You'll need to load in all of the blocks while you're online at least once, after that the textures are saved to your Minecraft folder and the pack should theoretically work offline.

Edit: btw you can load the blocks in a creative world using the debug packs and the textures should be saved across all of your Minecraft worlds.
