Firstly, you will need to download the datapack and resourcepack.
Datapack:
If you are creating a new world, select "Datapacks" in the world options and then select "open datapacks folder" now take the datapack file and drag it into that folder.

Craft the longboat using the recipe below, then right click the item sod summon a ship
You control the ship by entering the oak boat underneath the mast
Horn
Right click for horn sound
Waraxe and Ulfberht
Use as regular melee weapons, but with increased damage
