As I see it, they're just fine. However, most people wouldn't really want to be unsettled by such things.
It's not really the quality, it's the demand.
And like Rakkitatoru said, 30-40 is fairly normal for most users.

What determines views are usually based on what they want, or subconsciously want. Most the time its a edgy teenager outfit or something like that sadly but its what we got :/

30-40 views is typically what newer users receive just because they're not that well known. The views are higher than your sub count, which is a good sign as you have a larger audience than just your subs.
