Copying a huge build onto a new map?

Hi everyone!
Currently building a HUGE medieval castle... to make it easier on myself I thought I’d build it In creative on flat mode.. but I’m thinking it will be really cool once finished to copy it to a survival map... is it possible to move a huge build (I think it’s about 100 x 100 blocks wide and really really tall... I need to count the highest point) with structure blocks or is there a limit?
Had a little play about with some structure blocks earlier but tbh I don’t really know what I’m doing!

On Bedrock, there is a 64-block limit on structure block dimensions, as far as I know.
