Its_KeloSo I really want to use the mods in Cute Craft but I don’t know the full list of mods in it and I can’t find a download for the entire pack, can anyone help?

I did a google search, and apparently this pack is a custom mod pack, meaning it's not distributed to the public. You wouldn't be able to find an exact version of what their using unless they release it or they release their configuration of each mod.
You can find a list of the (season 1 I guess) mods by a simple google search, but that post was created in 2017.
To be honest, your best bet is either contacting one of the people that curated the pack, or you pay a heavy amount of attention and try to figure out what mods they are using from their vids.
