Drowned. They're the only hostile mob I absolutely despise. They're super obnoxious and way too common. Plus, they're almost impossible to prevent from spawning.
I especially hate the ones that have tridents. Meeting them early game will either have them destroy you, or have you flee from the area they're in until they despawn.

I've never had a problem with Skeletons or Creepers. Skeletons are fairly difficult if you don't have a shield, but they still feel fair. Creepers have never been annoying to me. I've never had one blow up my stuff or myself behind my back, they're very overhyped in that regard IMO.

tbh, many people, in my thought think of creepers incredibly dangerous than they actually are. They have a well known hiss, so you can easily run away, they are slow and stick out of other mobs in the dark as they are light green. Skeletons can be blocked with a shield or just run away, in hard, just keep running slowly get closer. Baby zombies, they are fast, hard to hit cause they are small, compared to zombies, they maneuver weirdly left and right, and zombies, including babies have a pretty big spot distance.

without netherite gear the knockback is SUPER annoying lol.
