In short, no. It's just any other Minecraft seed that determines world generation that happens to be what people associate with the devil. A seed's number doesn't mean it's haunted. Unless you consider cave noises haunting then well... I suppose every seed is haunted then. But just because a seed has a number like 666, 999 or 111, doesn't determine the seed has creepy things happening. The videos you see of 666 are not true and are purely for entertainment purposed only. Hope that helps.
