Smooth Plains Seed?

I would really like a smooth plains seed for a creative world I wish to make. Problem is, all the plains seeds I find and use are either too small, or really choppy (holes, hills, too many trees everywhere). I need it to be kind of big. Preferably 200 by 200 blocks, but anything you can find that's at least smooth, feel free to post it on here along with the coordinates if it's not at or near the start. Thank you!

Couldn't you just use a superflat world?

Well, for one, I play bedrock, so flat worlds are only 3 blocks above the bedrock layer, so no underground builds. Two, have you ever tried building custom lakes and rivers? Three, I want mines and structures still in the world. Four, I want some hills, just not a ton. I just want a smooth plains biome to build a haunted manor or castle, and still have mountains or whatnot in the background, and several of the usual features. So, that's why.
