Recently, with all the requests, I had a huge list I couldn't keep up with. To cope with it, I added a $4.50 fee that "filtered" people who really wanted a banner. This fee comes with profile picture, banner, twitterheader, etc.

HOLY CARP THATS AMAZING
As a wise man once said, true art is 90% inspiration and 10% wasting money on Adobe's absurd prices.
But that doesn't make it any less amazing.
