I agree with this. It doesn't contrast enough with the background and that makes it hard to read, in my opinion. Also, your text takes up way too much of the thumbnail. You've got a really busy background and most of it is covered by text. It would have made more sense to me to use a blank background if you were just going to cover the whole thing in text.
