What can I say about this? Let me start off with the 1st piece.
Well, that's excellent. The way you shade it really makes it one of a kind. The contrast is so well done, so defined, it gives it more out of a character. I have to give creds to you for keeping it black and white. Maybe make it more monochromatic like probably adding brown to add some hint of color. Overall, Looks great and funny too.
2nd one, It's alright. All you did is add some props for the pikachu family, which is not that bad. The linework could improve and maybe cell-shading won't hurt you a bit. But, I still like it. Its cool and nice.
