Hi Community and Photoshop Experts, if i can say! I have a problem with an GIF image (hmm, i have this problem only on this forum)

I think the problem is resizing, but I'm not sure...

Honestly I do not know what is the problem but I like the "glitch" type profile pic more than the one in post!
