Before You Read:
I will be planning to write more of this, but only if enough people like it.

Chapter 1:

A light shone on his eyes, forcing him to wake up. His head hurt, bad, like something hard bashed it. He was scrambling for memories. "My name..." He tried to remember, "...is John. I live in... Minstral." John stood up and took a look around. The time that had passed since he was knocked out was unknown to him. The environment seemed like that as a forest. Beyond the leaves he could see a large mountain. Somehow, he knew that he had to get to the top. He concentrated on trying to see what was on top of the mountain, but only saw a large, brown blob. John began walking, unbeknowest of the chaos ahead...

That's what I have so far. Yes, this is based in the same world as the shadow of israphael. However, the story of John does NOT connect with that of israphael or Simon and Lewis (besides a few visual encounters).
