NEED ANIMATED SERVER BANNER

Hello, i am looking for someone who can make me a banner which has to look something like this: (Be as good as this one):

These are just examples and i would like to have my own unique one, not a copy of those but something similar.
I would like to have contact with the editor of this banner and it would need to be editable. what i mean is that it MUST be possible to make changes to the banner after time as i will update my server and add more gamemodes.
