Okay so I have been working on pixel editing and created this:
I was wondering is someone could take a look at it and perhaps edit it a bit to look well... better.... or give me advice on how I could improve.
(Note) you may need to zoom in its a 16x16 so its kinda small

It looks nice. Maybe you could add a black outline to make it stand out more? Just a suggestion.

I would suggest adding an outline (preferably black) to the face and the hat, as well as the rest of the body, if you can. Additionally, I might recommend revisiting the hands - although you're making great strides in showing depth (especially foreground), the lack of shading and differentiation between fingers (if possible, I get that it's small) really hurt it in that respect.
I really love the eyes and the torso though, great job there!

Yeah the hands have been a big problem for me as I cant seem to find the pixel space to add fingers and outline is something I have been debating but defiantly considering
