I decided to make something off minecraft, and turning my world save into a .obj, and making a creeper and Steve model wasn't hard, especially with Uvmapping, anyway here's the picture, I am wondering if it's seen as really realistic, or just basic, I could of made it better but the rendering would of taken hours... this picture rendering only took like 5 minutes or so, my computer has a bad CPU, but hey, At least it's rendered, tell me if it's really realistic or not.

Just want to know if it's realistic because for future animation projects, I might want to use this for my animations, if not I will find better rendering ways, thanks for your opinion!
