I think the first step would be to fix the /server command as they don't work.
I tried each once Towny, Bedwars, and Creative. None of which worked. And you might want to do some work on your spawn.

I know you didn't ask for feedback on the server, but you're asking for more players, so I'll tell you what gets more players.
