Any Data Pack writers to potentially improve minecraft mob spawn issues

i wasn’t sure where to put this but I was hoping I could find someone who knows how to write datapacks well. It will probably involve resource packs too but I have this concept that could revolutionise mob spawning issues but I honestly don’t know where to start. If you’re bored or need a new idea for a data pack then Please let me know and I shall messagethe idea to you.

Why not throw the idea out in the open to see if anyone is interested?
No offense but I have been playing this game for ... 5 or so years now and I came across plenty of "revolutionary" ideas which turned out a little lackluster in the end. And I'm sure that I'm not alone here.

Oh naturally, but I want to kind of just work on the idea with someone. I will most probably do a video on the concept and see how it goes.
