Lets see if you could do the good ol' Hermitage Plaza in Paris. Currently in development hell (there's like one woman who refuses to move out of the existing buildings, cue Pixar's UP), they are rather elegant looking, and have a simple, but incredibly unique shape. Should be fun to do.
If not I'll do them in like 3 years.

They are twins. The shape at the very bottom and at the very top are exactly the same as well, just rotated 90 degrees. Same size and everything.

How about the Haunted Towers from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon? It's not too big and I think it's from a really fun game! :D

Build this freeway interchange. Just the freeway parts, you don't have to add in any of the other roads if you don't want to. Lane markings aren't required either.
