Sorry if this is in the wrong category. Okay sooo... I build servers for this guy. And in return he helps with make my servers better. One time I made a lightning wand and a wand that could place sand when it drops. And when I showed him it he told me to just survive and that I'm "Just a builder." He acts like all I can do is build. Even though I made him a lock down system. Also he has stupid terms. If you are allergic to stupidity then skip this. Some make sense. Here is the stupid one. People need to apply for staff on HIS website. (People who want admin on MY server need to apply on HIS servers website.) Also he has this chain of servers and every time I make server he asks me if it's gonna be part of his server. And if I break all of his terms he will destroy everything he built on my world. What should I do?

You should deop him and give him gm 0 and don't be in contact with him...

Definitely de-op him. This sounds like a toxic relationship if toxic relationships were Minecraft servers.

Nothing. If everyone realizes what a jerk he is, they'll stop playing on his servers. He won't be making any profit or gain from them after that. But if you still have concern, you might be able to destroy the builds and delete the backups.

Deop him, set his gamemode to survival, set all his emails to spam, ban him if needed. Also if he made plugins for you, you might want to consider removing them in case he put backdoors in them.

I don't have any plugins that he made. There are ways to add plugind into minecraft bedrock for xbox but I don't use any.

You should just cut contact, seems like a really shallow and toxic relationship
