basically in the 2nd to last stage of my map, i have super difficult parkour, it made me mad even after 5 attempts.
does adding something too difficult at the semi-final stage of the map, discourage people from continuing?

Depends on who is playing. There are people like me who don't get mad at their failures but thrive on them to further improve themselves, and there are people who are good at parkour but can still find it semi-difficult to get past. Both of these will not mind a "super difficult" part of the map.
Those who will are the ones who aren't trying hard or finds it impossible for "them" specifically to get through, they'll give up since they'll find it pointless to continue. So try to either appeal for one or make maps for both.
