I was doing stuff in 13w04a and found out that pulse limiters no longer put out 1 tick pulses witch sucks

They are changing how some redstone contraptions work. But nothing should happen. Just stuff added

No one really knows for sure when the update will be out it could either be out in a week o two, or be like the 1.2.5 - 1.3 update and have lots of snapshots in between the official release and now?
