" Locked. Great. Just great. " He said looking down at the shield. It was the shape that you would think of when you thought of a shield. It looked like it should belong to some sort of royal knight. It had a stone in the middle that looked a lot like the one that was on the necklace. It was centered on a big steel cross that sprawled across the entire shield. The cross was colored a pale yellow. The rest of the shield was white. " Ain't you a beauty. " Dick said. Then an idea hit him. He picked up the shield and started ramming it into the door.

"Doubt is something we can control. But if something big comes along, do you think you can handle anything this realm throws at you?" Grey said, considering what he might find,"If you believe you can doubt will not be a problem, but say that think kills your friends, you may be engulfed by rage and defeat it, or you may doubt that it can be defeated. the latter of these two is probably most likely,maying through doubt we will admit defeat means you must be confident of never feeling doubt."

"If you doubt yourself, you will never be able to succeed. But if you actually believe you can do something, there is almost nothing stopping you from doing it the best you can." Alesha said, remembering that her mother gave her the same advice. She had been considering this a lot lately, given that they were now in a holy sky realm of sorts preparing to fight demons and such.

"If we knew what was going on we might be more scared of this place." Grey said, "However knowing nothing may strike us unprepared. I would prefer being unprepared and meeting them head on over the fact I know how terrifying they can be and having doubts about myself." Grey had considered this before, as soon as he found out about the way actually, he just hoped the training would commence soon.

"I had an idea, maybe if we knew what was going on we would trust you guys more." Charlie said. She had turned off her weapon, she was now clutching the stuffed rabbit by the ear. She didn't care that much about partnering up. Charlie was following the group she was behind everybody by six inches. Thinking about waking up from this terrible nightmare.

Renn: ''We should get going I think it would be easier just to have Sanctus explain what to do when we get there. We can talk to Dick on the way''

Renn began fiddling with the metal chain wrapped around his arm.

Risa: ''No need, I will be accompanying you all aswell.''

" Hello! " Dick said. He was starting to worry. He looked around again and saw a necklace on the floor next to him. He picked it up and looked at it. It was made of coffee beans and had a smooth rock in the middle. He started to think of what he should do. While he did he stroked the stone with his finger. Until he realised that he wasnt holding the necklace anymore. He looked down to see the necklace gone. And instead he was holding a shield. " What the heck!? " Dick said. Slightly startled. " Okay who is messing with me! " He yelled. He got up and looked around the room and found a door. He attempted to open it but it was locked. " Great. "

"Trust me I do" George took another shot at the targetboard. Bullseye again. "Told you" George said.

Apparently so, you better have a good aim with that bow," Grey said fearing he'd end up with a arrow n his nack

"So do I" George replied. "So were a team huh?"

"GAH does this mean more explaining?" Grey asked realising they had to go somewhere else, "I really want to get his training done."

" Hello! " shouted a voice. A man had appeared in the room. "Hello!" George said. "Welcome to the fight against evil....."

Dick was standing. He wasn't sure on what or where. But he was. He was facing a figure in a Black Robe. " I will do it. " Dick said. Then the figure placed his hand on Dick's chest. A flash of light. And he awoke. " Gah " He said as he took a giant breath. It felt like the first one he had taken in a while. He looked around. He was in a dark room. Not very dark, but dark. He couldnt remember anything but his name. " Hello! " He yelled.

Alesha followed the man. She believed his name was Sanctus, but she wasn't sure. He seemed to be taking them into a woods area. Why would they be going there? She thought. But she didn't speak up.

"Ok "Sanctus"! Lead us to wherever were going!" George said.

Risa: ''When it is required you shall be able to use whatever ability you have been blessed with.
I will now have you sent to the training grounds.''

Risa gestured Sanctus to come over to her.
She whispered to him.

''Take them through the woods find a good enough area to deploy the potal...''

George walked over to the glass. He picked it up. He cut himself with it. "I have shed blood" he said softly.

Risa pricked Grey's finger with the tip of the glass.

Risa: Before you can use your weapons ability, you must shed blood for the first time after dying.''

"Glass? How does that help?" Grey asked poking at what Risa had pulled out, t looked like a normal glass shard.

"So what do these demons look like?" George asked.

Risa pulled a reflective piece of glass out of the large leather handbag she was carrying with her.

Risa: ''This is how we're going to figure out what you do''

Risa: ''You got to that part before me!
I don't get to talk much and you're stealing all my lines~''

(( Got it. I can wait, no worries! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't forgotten. ))

"Hmmm. So do our weapons have any abilities?" Grey asked Risa, he needed to know what he was dealin with.

Risa nodded to Sanctus.

Risa: You shall be our angel if anything unexpected happens.''

Renn walked over to Charlie and pat her on the head.
Renn: ''I guess we're together huh?''

Renn cracked another stupid smile, he knew this time it wasn't fake. No matter what was wrong with this child or what experiences she's been through, he felt happy with her.

"Sounds good" George said.

"So this training, it will take place on earth actually fighting demons?" Alesha asked, wondering if they had computer simulators in this holy realm.

((I'm changing the way my characters talk, I will write their name before what they say from now on. I will probably be making new characters now and then so I can improve the story. Also, I shall be adding a new app for a demon role.))

Number two activating your beacon at night will most likely cause monsters to... Swarm.
Number 3, each day there will be a food drop, each of you will receive a crate containing basic luxuries soap, water, toiletries, food, a flint and steel and possibly other items.''

Risa looked over each person.

Risa:''Based on my observations I have chosen a partner for you all. Renn and Charlie will be put together, they are at an advantage with Renn's brute force and Charlies precise cutting and slicing.

Grey and George shall be together, they have the advantage of Grey's skill and speed, but will require Georges accuracy and long range attacks to hold off enemies if Grey becomes injured or is unable to fight.

Nano and Alesha shall be put together. They have the advantage of Nano's
piercing power and accuracy and Alesha's brute strength and speed.

"Why not" George said. He noticed a target on the wall. He took a shot. Bullseye. '"Yes!" George exclaimed.
