I make custom skins for free, but I do limit the creation of female and non-human skins with feminine style, and I don't make skins for all characters from "anime, cartoon, and game" that are too girly (for example: blue archive, mihoyo's all the works, Hypergryph's all the works, Kuro game's all the works, Cygames's all the works).
