shade them. dont use the noise tool so much.

Are you looking for constructive criticism tailored to you or just generally the things that make a skin good? If the latter, DinowCookie made a helpful 5 part guide on this. Part 1 generally covers what programs to use and how to upload skins, and since you seem to know that already, I’d suggest beginning on part 2. I can also provide some constructive criticism if that’s what you’re looking for.
