Your skins have to be above average quality for people to even think about commenting (most of the time). Sometimes even then they don't comment haha.

Usually people do want to comment on skins, but if the skins are sort of average and you're not a person with lots of subscribers, then it becomes nearly impossible to get any comments. This is regardless of what you upload. If you build average stuff, or make something quite average, then you won't get comments unless your already "famous".

If your skins are good, and / or if you're famous, you'll get comments.
