If you copypaste the skin or reupload so what do you expect?
If you post unique(only the name is coincidence), so pay attention to the name(sh*t*ss)

it's probably because of the title, try something different for the title and see if it gets removed or not maybe

A) It has profanity in the title.

It says in rules: No profanity in titles, never in a negative context, keep it to a minimum everywhere else including comments.
It's pretty obvious why you can't upload the skin, maybe try something else, something original.
