A medieval city designed around nothing. lol, it's all in my head.


Welcome to Ashwyn!

I've decided to create a medieval themed map/city. I have made other medieval themed maps before, but no proper cities. only random medieval buildings in no specific pattern or layout.
This time, i'm going to do it right.

This map is going to be a WIP. I haven't even started yet, and don't plan to for possible another couple days. I am trying to plan everything out. I want to have things like seperate districts, integrated sewers, walls, gates, etc.

On the build style, i'm pretty much going 100% medieval with Ashwyn, so i'm talking more like
- Do you plan your buildings out, or just freehand?
- Can you build within certain chunks or sections?
- Do you have a creative mind? i.e. Coming up with new buildings and stuff we need.

Future Features of Ashwyn

• Districts (So far, I have 4 in mind.)
• Churches (Different religions? playing in with the story possibly.)
• Integrated Sewers (All leading to one main sewer.)
• City Walls (2-4 Gates, one hidden entrance.)
• Docks / Harbor (with ships, of course.)
• Farmland (Outside of city walls.)
• Blacksmith
• Butcher
• Town Hall
• Keep / Castle
• Brothel
• Tavern / Inn
• Houses
• Courtyards

Later on, there will be screenshots and updates to this. I'm just planning right now, so i don't have any screenshots.

I realize there are certainly better maps out there, and I just ask that you don't hate on mine. If you don't like my builds, just leave. don't say anything about them. please.
