Hello. I am Drakey the leader of the Cybus Build Team. We are a professional building team which build for MineVast, a server with 100 players +. Recently, our main owner and founder of Cybus left which caused a few other members to leave on his behalf. Because of this, we are recruiting builders to join. Our build team is very skilled and you will need to be good at building in order to get in.
- How good is Cybus? Will it be worth my time?
As I said, Cybus is a professional team. It will be completely worth your time as you will not only have fun, but make friends and give your self wider opportunities to join bigger teams and or servers. - What do I get if I join Cybus?
If you apply and get recruited to Cybus, you will:
- Work for MineVast - mc.minevast.com
- Get to work along with other great builders of your skill
- Be able to attend professional building competitions
- Have a better chance of moving to better Build Teams
- Get paid for your building*
- Be able to help players and act as a mod on the Creative server on MineVast**
- Have a better chance of getting higher in the staff team at MineVast
Also, upon joining Cybus, your PMC will be subscribed to by the Official Cybus Build Team account, and by the members of Cybus.
- But how do I join Cybus?
Applying for Cybus is simple. Just copy and paste the template provided and fill out the required fields. Its that simple. Once you have submitted your application, it will be looked at by me and reviewed. I will post a comment to every single application telling you wether you are Accepted or Declined and I will also tell you why and what you could do to get in in future. If possible, I will also recommend some other teams that you could try out for as a friendly gesture.

How mature are you? 1 - 10 8, I'm able to understand a serious situation when needed.
Previous experience / build teams: In my early days of minecraft, I was the average player, I played on faction servers and at the same time I was always known as that guy that had to have the best faction home on the server. I soon faded away from pvp and just got straight into creative servers and experimenting on my own in single player and exploring the YouTube community of minecraft building. That's when I became the average builder that used tutorials from TheMadnes64, one of the most famous medieval builders in the community. Nowadays I play on a showcase server that Madnes owns and hangout with some of his other builders. I also build for various servers averaging 20-60 players. I usually build small & compact spawns for Faction/Raid servers containing a wilderness type theme with a few bright colors. I also had a building partnership with a guy I met on another building server. We never built for money or for other servers, it was just for fun.
What can you offer for us? Medieval, SteamPunk, and other fantasy styles that have sort of a "fortified" and "bulk" look to them.

What makes you better than the rest of the applicants? I feel that I can offer anything along the lines of a medieval style. Like if a fantasy style needs to look "bulky" or "fortified", I could be the person for that. I'm also easy to get along with, as long as I understand the situation and know what I'm working with, I'll be able to finish the task.
Are you good at anything else? I have experience with World Edit if it's ever needed. Other than that I'm willing to learn anything new.

Previous experience / build teams: While I've played survival with many people before, (Vanilla and TPPI), I've never participated in a mass build project before. I've spend countless hours in creative mode alone, but never with a large group.
What can you offer for us? I can do the menial, tedious task(ground work, layout, etc.) Also, I'm very precise and will triple check to see if things are even.

I'm good at redstone, i can code bukkit plugins a little...(if you want to try out my plugins just contact me via skype, i'll make a private server for testing)
And also i'm good at managing something, example as servers... I own 8 servers before, and i closed them all to make a bigger server so yeah.. i know how to manage people depend on their jobs...
And if it's affiliated on buildings, i'm good at WorldEdit and VoxelSniper !

Previous experience / build teams: Well I have been apart of two build teams during my three years of building. I have been apart of GalaxyGaming and Hyperion. During the time I was building for GalaxyGaming I was able to increase my futuristic and modern building skills and I ended up becoming pretty good at it. While I was building with Hyperion I was able to increase my medieval themed building skills and my pixel art skills. (By the way by building for them I mean building with there build team) I am also very familiar with multiple plugins that aid building and such, for example, World Edit, MC Edit, Voxel Sniper, World Guard, and more.
What can you offer for us?: If I were to be accepted as Builder for your build team I would be able to build great Medieval and Futuristic themed builds since these are the two build themes I am best at. I would be able to offer you my complete dedication and time and would be able to help out with any problems that may occur.

What makes you better than the rest of the applicants? I believe that I am better than the rest of the applicants because I have the skill and the experience. As I mentioned before I have been building for 3 years and I will admit my flaws, but once you get past those flaws you will see the most amazing builds ever, things that to a true builder would be builder. I do not build for the money, fame, or to be a builder on a server, I build because its fun. When I run out of ideas of things to build, I look around my self and think "The universe is endless and so is my imagination", I am basically telling myself that even though I think that there is nothing left to build, I am just tricking my self, there is always something to build and that's the fun part about building. I build because its fun and never ending, and this allows me to become even better at building.
Are you good at anything else? I am able to animate, code, setup plugins, and Moderate. I am currently Moderator on Minevast for the gamemode SkyBlock in the opinion of many and in my opinion I am doing a really good job. I am pretty good with most plugins as I mentioned before, and even though this is not related to building or mc, but I am pretty good at lighting up the mood when players feel sad or bored.

(By the way by building for them I mean building with there build team) I am also very familiar with multiple plugins that aid building and such, for example, World Edit, MC Edit, Voxel Sniper, World Guard, and more.
What can you offer for us?: If I were to be accepted as Builder for your build team I would be able to build great Medieval and Futuristic themed builds since these are the two build themes I am best at. I would be able to offer you my complete dedication and time and would be able to help out with any problems that may occur.

What makes you better than the rest of the applicants? I believe that I am better than the rest of the applicants because I have the skill and the experience. As I mentioned before I have been building for 3 years and I will admit my flaws, but once you get past those flaws you will see the most amazing builds ever, things that to a true builder would be builder. I do not build for the money, fame, or to be a builder on a server, I build because its fun. When I run out of ideas of things to build, I look around my self and think "The universe is endless and so is my imagination", I am basically telling myself that even though I think that there is nothing left to build, I am just tricking my self, there is always something to build and that's the fun part about building. I build because its fun and never ending, and this allows me to become even better at building.
Are you good at anything else? I am able to animate, code, setup plugins, and Moderate. I am currently Moderator on Minevast for the gamemode SkyBlock in the opinion of many and in my opinion I am doing a really good job. I am pretty good with most plugins as I mentioned before, and even though this is not related to building or mc, but I am pretty good at lighting up the mood when players feel sad or bored.

What can you offer for us?: I can offer a new, friednly face to the Cybus Build Team, along with a vast knowledge on Minecraft, having been playing and building since September of 2010! Always wanting and striving to get better at what I love to do in this game. And I wouldnt classify myself as a terrible builder, but I'd say I have a lot of room for improvement, as we all do. so, I think its the strive to do good and do better thats makes me "better". But who knows, I'll let you be the judge of that...
