Forming a group of role-players to get together and have fun

I'm looking for decent role-players to start a group with. I have noticed many good RP servers don't have enough Role-players to provide a great Role-playing experience, for example if a server has great builds and great staff, but only 4 good Role-players it would be hard to Role-play on that server. So i am trying to get all of these Role-players together in one network so we can have more fun and variety in RP. This group will also teach RP to those who are interested but don't know how to RP. There will be a small application to make sure that you do really Role-play so we can avoid any trolls or griefers disturbing the group. If you don't know how to role-play but want to learn just leave a comment below. also put the word pie in your application to show you read this .
